Prerequisites

For PRINCE2 Agile , you must hold one of the following certifications:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP)
  • Project Management Professionals (PMP)
  • IMPA Levels A, B, C and D

Minimum recommended prerequisite is PRINCE2 (2009) Foundation certification.

Vital Prerequisites

Candidates must possess proof of the above-mentioned prerequisites on the day of the exam as it will be checked by the trainer. Acceptable forms of proof are as follows:

  • For PMI or IPMA certification holders, an electronic or hard copy of the candidate's examination certificate.
  • For PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certificate holders:
  • A copy of the candidate's examination certificate
  • Or a confirmed entry in the AXELOS Successful Candidate Register. Candidates will be required to provide the full SCR number (registration/candidate number located on the certificate).

Certification

PRACTITIONER

The Practitioner course includes the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner examination which consists of:

  • Multiple choice based on a project scenario
  • 50 questions
  • 60% pass mark (30/50)
  • 2.5 hours duration
  • Open book exam (PRINCE2 Agile guide only)

Sitting your exam

On the last day of your Foundation or Practitioner course you will receive an invitation to book your online proctored exam directly with PeopleCert. You have 6 months to schedule and sit your exam online.

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certificate is valid for three years, at the end of which you will need to either resit the Practitioner exam OR you can maintain your certificate through a subscription to My PRINCE2.

Take2 Re-sit Exam Option

PeopleCert provide you with the opportunity to sit your exam knowing that if the outcome is not what you expected, you could have another attempt, at a fraction of the exam price.
