Kelvin Durcan is the founding owner and Managing Director of CourseMonster. Having worked withinthe industry for over 14 years and holding strong experience in the internet sector acrossstrategy, marketing, sales, technical development and implementation, Kelvin has set his mission tobuild a global presence for CourseMonster.
Since launching CourseMonster, Kelvin has built the commercial organisation into a multi-million pound business with a team spanning across Australia, Europe and into Australasia. Prior to founding CourseMonster, Kelvin held the position of Infrastructure Manager at AXA Investment Managers, where he worked with AXA France to create one of the largest technology-led Asset Management companies of today. Over his career he has also worked extensively with HP, IBM and Honeywell specialising in Business Analysis and Systems Management. Kelvin holds a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Certificate.
Margaret Wills – Resource and Operations Manager
Margaret brings a wealth of administrative and leadership experience to Course Monster. She worked for many years with IBM, where she was part of the the integral training team supporting Sales Teams in various regions across Asia, Australia and New Zealand. She is responsible for organising and supervising all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
Her knowledge of the IT training business has allowed her to develop long term relationships/liaison with vendors and suppliers ensuring that the training courses meet our customers on-demand requirements by utilising the most appropriate media. Her vast knowledge and experience provides support when working with the Sales Team, ensuring quality control of service delivery, consistency and compliance in all operational matters.
In 2013 the IBM training business was split over a number of Global Training Partners, Margaret joined LearnQuest as the Delivery, Resource and Partnership Manager where, as part of a working group, was able to assist with the automation and implementation of leading edge technology, which enhanced the communication between customers and the training provider.
Lucy Luzza – Account Executive
Lucy has over 20 years' experience in the IT training industry. With a successful track record, she is a recognised leader in her field. During her career Lucy has assisted organisations in both the public and private sector across all industries, in implementing unique learning solutions ranging from classroom training, virtual online classrooms, custom interactive multimedia, and performance support solutions.
Lucy has a strong sales management and business development background. She focuses on business and identifying the impact learning can have on the operation of an organization, providing learning solutions are embedded into tasks, roles and business processes.
