Overview

MoR Foundation & Practitioner course will equip you with a detailed knowledge of the MoR Framework; it also lays a firm foundation for you to apply the MoR guidance to strategy, programs, projects and operations in the workplace. We will inspire your ability in the working atmosphere and help you to familiarize yourself to the MoR outline and how this can be used in the business environment. Our MoR Combined Foundation & Practitioner course also includes some hands-on exercises to ensure that the theory is implanted and that you feel confident in the practical application of MoR. MoR is becoming increasingly evident that to support and complement both of these approaches; organizations require a professional, well-structured approach to The Management of Risk (MoR ).

Awareness of how risk is managed is essential when making informed decisions about change initiatives that will improve your organization's performance. Efficient management of risk is critical to organizational success at all levels. The MoR guidance covers a broad range of topics; including business continuity management, security, project/program risk management and operational facility management. These questions need to be placed into the context of an organizational framework for the Management of Risk. Some related subjects such as security are highly specialized, and the MoR guidance only provides an overview of such aspects.

  • Each section contain 20 individual questions giving total 80 questions in this exam
  • Pass marks for this exam 50%

Prerequisites

MoR Foundation course has no specific prerequisites. However, it is expected that the delegates should have some working experience in an Operational or Programme, Project environment before attending the MoR Foundation and Practitioner course. Participants must pass the Foundation exam during the course to then take the Practitioner exam on the final day.
